October 2024 - Limited Edition Sunday Best Vivienne Westwood T-Shirt
25 years ago, whilst having supper with two very interesting people in a London flat, it transpired that one of them was a photographer that had worked in Paris in the 80’s & 90’s on the mainline catwalk shows. He produced a large selection of slides showcasing the super models, Linda Evangalista, Naomi Campbell and some amazing designers, Vivienne Westwood being one of them.
Every picture filled me with awe. “Have the lot” he said, handing me a huge bag of slides, “there yours”.
What a treasure!
Over the years, in-between selling gorgeous things, I have thought of these pieces of art and how to make them work in a creative way.
Collaboration with the Sunday Best team and customers has resulted in Idea One for starters. The perfect t-shirt and an amazing picture captured on the front which took 6 months from origination to completion.
Working with local talent from graphic artists and printers we have created a Sunday Best limited edition, exclusive, collectable t-shirt in sizes extra small to large and it’s yours for £79. I am going to wear mine with an oversized men’s jacket and worker jeans or a crazy taffeta maxi skirt and leather jacket.
